Can't be easier!

Copied from Kenneth Christiansen python demo of kinetic scrolling, here goes a Qt4 port. Very simple, and it works.

The unfinished thing, so called "magnetic scroll" which is ought to align topmost item with the top of the listview, is not working yet, due to differences between e17 and Qt coordinates handling. It's not a big deal per se, just my legendary lazyness works hard again.
