Just a notice that comment posting can be done again.
Turned out to be a very weird caching issue in Mephisto vs. Apache.
Comments section still needs some more love and CSS work.
I also resurrected some of the old RSS feeds, so they should be reachable for older configured clients.

If you had read this blog from an aggregator and noticed that the feed links are dead - I'm sorry, but I'm too busy to provide legacy links, so please use FeedBurner feeds mentioned in this post to read my blog in aggregation. I promise, I will update them if anything else changes here :)
Another thing is that comments work somewhat flakey - I myself wasn't able to post a comment, yet a couple of people managed to do it. Again, I don't have time and spare serotonin to mess with it right now, so don't be upset if some of your comments will not be answered for a while. And save your comments text before posting, as it can all go wry. I'm looking into fixing this as soon as possible.

I ported the visual theme, wackoformatter, skype display button - this stopped being a plugin and just turned into a simple piece of html. Mephisto is really easy to hack on, and it stimulates simplicity in everything.
Flickr display will wait till Flickr.rb starts working again or I find another fetching plugin, and a small visual bug I fixed quite cruelly for now.
Now on to the real thing.

It doesn't run my own version of blog software neither. I decided to not overdo it and just install Mephisto.
It seems to just work, I only need to port my visual theme (with some fixes), wackoformatter for sane text markup and a couple plugins like skype status display and i-forgot-what.

- Skype for Linux, first and foremost
- KDE programming - in spite of KDE4 coming out soon, I decided to resume my KDExcercises
- Human-Computer Interaction - in form of novel user interfaces discussion, tangible interfaces and ambient intelligence.
